I just watched those people in Kenya on the Comic Relief programme with Ade Edmondson, would those people still be alive today if Comic Relief and Live Aid etc had not encouraged others to be helpful, supportive and kind? I dread to think how many more would have died without all the support we have given over the years, but they are such hopeful, cheerful souls, trying so hard to better themselves in many cases, and their governments just don't do what they should. How lucky we all are. Depite our complaining, we have so much, and they have so little. Liz

Morning all been a little bit busy over the last few days, not much time to add, so its good to see this thread still alive ive just added these to my daily thoughts, but love them, so much i will leave them here too whatever your doing today i hope its a sunny day for you, not just outside, but in your heart too Friends are the angels that lift us to our feet when our wings have trouble remembering how to fly sometimes you put walls up, not to keep people out, but to see who cares enough, to break them down have a lovely day friends xxLynnxx

I am so very sorry to see what has happened on here over the last few hours. I started this thread as a kind of kick up the bum. How quickly we forget the frailty of everyone. There are a lot of people on this site who use it as their means to the outside world. If in turn that world becomes a cruel place who would want to go on contributing? The world is full of war and mans inhumanity to man. Isn't it well past time to take stock. I wish love and peace for all and hope in turn that the majority would wish the same. My heart is big and I have all the love in the world for those who truely deserve it. Lin xxx
