Just thought I'd update this bit of the thread! This is a thread for those wanting to give up smoking, thinking about or actually physically doing it and needing a kind of 'online' diary and support to record how they are doing. I try and update this with my comments every few days and I know others do aswell. ti is a long thread but if you read through from page 1 there is alot of helpful advice which myself and others have posted.
