EXPLANATION OF THIS THREAD A couple of days ago I started this thread claiming to be a fireman called Dave, who liked rugby and was single!.......As you can see the thread has received a lot of attention !!!!! It is funny, I can't remember when I have laughed so much..........(especially at Strumps swooning all over the place......serious concerns over her health..lol)........ but it had a more serious side to it to. I have a daughter who is just getting to the age where she wants to spend time in chat rooms........like many parents I have warned her of the dangers of chat rooms, while she tells me how nice the people her friends have met in chat rooms are..........I felt that this was a safe place to show her how a short, fat, 50 year old disabled woman could turn into a fit firefighting, rugby playing single 36 year old man at the touch of a couple of buttons. We had a laugh and I got my point across............job done. Jan from Jarrow :)

Thanks for bringing this thread back up. When I read the other day that it had been a 'prank' I was kicking myself for not having read it. It certainly is funny.

Lovely, thank you Jan. My daughter (16) seems to be evading the issue, as I can't get her to come to the computer to see it. I've therefore copied and pasted it; she WILL see it! Son (14) appears to be indifferent to it, you know, the 'it'll never happen to me' syndrome. But we're hoping he's taken it in!
