It is now but the fireworks last night were so loud it was like being in the middle of a war zone :-0

We did go out for walkies which I didn't think we were going to when I first got up this morning:-0

I had a lousy night. :-( The fireworks started again at midnight, and went on for ages.

When it quieten down, the foxes started their love calling :-0

I shall have to have a beddy boes this afternoon :-D :-D

I think I saw Ann asking about the NYE fireworks at the Thames. Still on as far as I know, with tickets about £50 each. I could not think of anything I would hate more being in that crowd. A pickpockets delight.

I just checked Ann. £50 for non Londoners (tourists) and £35 for Londoners. You have to provide postcode and ID.

I think it is organised by some London company, but someone usually takes the credit for it. :-0 :-0

We dont need to go down there, if we go to the top of the house, we can see it all. We usually get bored after about 5 minutes. :-D :-D

We used to go to Primrose Hill for Bonfire Night, but it was always precarious. Hundreds of people, and only one gated exit. We walked along like elephants holding onto each other to keep the kids safe.

Just walked home from the bus stop and saw a fully lit Christmas tree in someone's front window :-0 :-|

A few isolated fireworks nearby yesterday, but all quiet before about 9pm.
