I'm not sure whether you can get BBC Scotland south of the border, but for those who can and are interested there is a programme at 9pm tonight which looks as though it should be informative. |

Don't think it's available on Freeview but I get it on Virgin cable so maybe on Sky as well. |

My Mum had that and my Dad made sure he looked after her in her final months, with help from me, she grew up in an orphanage, joined the ATS when she was 18 but she was happy with her lot. |

It's not a news programme, it's a documentary called Sally Magnusson: Alzheimer's, a Cure and Me. It was very interesting and can, as Belle said, be found on IPlayer. |
