A friend many many years ago changed her name by deed poll to the same as her then partner, they parted and she wants to go back to her original name and wants a passport but she can’t get one as she has mislaid her copy of the change of name deed, the solicitor that did it has long gone many years ago, does anyone know if there is a central registry of these deeds or how she can get a copy, thanks |
