	ZZzzz one Sunday, I decided as I got up late, i would stay in my pjs all day but.... when it got to mid afternoon, I actually didn't feel right. So I just had to shower and put clean clothes on. I don't think it made me feel great mentally not getting dressed unless I was unwell. I'm not saying you shouldn't spend all weekend in your pjs but its more uplifting to wash get dressed and then you feel brighter and more energetic but that's just me! If you are happy then you wear pjs all weekend. :-D :-D
