	Appliances are good…the aftercare is crap :-0 I took out the extra warranty with John Lewis in 1919…..Samsung use a third party contractor to service and repair all electronic and white goods. Getting past Samsung call centre is a minefield….they wanted proof of taking out the extra warranty…when I had registered the washer with them…it should have been on their system…luckily I found a email….thank you for registering…..then when I called back they wanted to see the receipt from JL :-0 :-0

	One of my doggie walkers said that they thought the series Red Eye that started last night was good Ann :-D

	I hope not Belle….I had to ring Samsung a while ago to get someone out to it cos it was not spinning correctly….that was a nightmare in itself just trying to understand the call centre people…had to get V on it in the end…Twas a nightmare :-0 :-0 will never buy Samsung again :-0 :-0
