After a lovely sunny start it clouded over around 1pm and now looks like rain may be on the way :-0 :-0

However managed to wash n dry everyone’s dressing gowns and a load of towels to boot

Von …..the series Unforgotten I was telling you about….started watching Season 2….the clue is in the name….as being about solving cold cases….sticking with it cos very good.

Yes I went out overdressed. It looked lovely but I did not want to chance it being cool and showery. Hence I was walking along with my coat fully undone flapping behind me.

I went for my first physio exercise class this morning. All weight training, gosh I reckon I will have trouble getting up tomorrow. :-0 :-0 :-0

Still if it hurts, it must be doing you good. :-D ;-) ;-) ;-)
