I know Belle. It’s a well written little book but not for world book day. It was the only one

I don’t think smaller children are too worried about how or what they dress up in for the day…..think it is the parents that are more competitive

We went to a holiday camp one year when I was a kid. There was a Fancy Dress Comp. Mum made me a tutu out of crepe paper.

Most of the kids then brought their costumes along with them.

Hardly sporting was it? :-D :-D

Those were the days when your tangerine came wrapped in a tissue square with a coloured picture printed on it.
I loved looking at all the pictures from far away lands :-)

Most costumes here were bought as Facebook was awash with messages asking

where they could buy them :-0 :-0
