According to my downstairs neighbours adult children. I live in a cottage flat and they have no volume control so I can hear them through my floor/their ceiling. I dared to do the hoovering at 3pm today. I heard them whining “ Why couldn’t she have done that earlier?”. I have to catch the 7am bus to work if I’m opening up so I have now decided to comply with their wishes and hoover at 6am instead :-D
