It is an affluent area Belle, but Primrose Hill is not locked at night, and youngsters congregate over there. Consultations have been taken to have it locked at dusk, but I dont think it went through. The fence is not too high in any case, easy to climb. |

I thought Primrose Hill was a very expensive area :-0 Although locals have said the park has turned in to a place of anti social behaviour :-( |
