It is Gwyn….I was all to pot here with the dark afternoon we have had….I fell asleep watching something on my iPad at 5.30 and woke up hungry :-D

I did go for a short walk between rain bursts and felt better for some fresh air.

I've managed to pick up another cold from somewhere :-|

Just the plain ones…been in the cupboard a few weeks so I gave them a go…they are a bit addictive…once you have one there is no stopping :-D :-D

My children used to love them if they had been off their food with a stomach upset.

If they asked for them and a drink of water, they were on the mend :-D

Am sure they can not be good for you….I think Alfie would like them..he is a devil for salt much to his parents annoyance…..he barely had any food with salt in for years…they don’t even salt their veg etc before cooking :-0

I use very little salt too, but just sometimes your body craves for some and I have to go on a raid to see what we have in the kitchen. :-)
