It's very dull here and it's just starting to drizzle, think it's going to be one of those very depressing days :-(

My knee isn't too bad thanks, a lot better than it was....just sometimes I move too quickly and eek....so the answer is not to move too quickly ;-) :-D

Heavy rain overnight, but that's now eased and it's eerily still here, at the moment.
