If that email address doesn't work then try this:
Click HELP at the top of the page.
Click Contact Us on the left hand side of the page.
Pick one of the choices that come up (for some reason Support is not among them). say promotions.
A partially filled form will appear.
Where it says Department there is a drop down menu.
Change the department to Support.
Then add your enquiry and send it.

If that is the one you used, then I don't think anyone knows.

Be aware that it might take several days to get a response from them ...... there is probably only one person dealing with GR, and the office if only open ca 8:30 am to ca 4 or 4:30 pm, 5 days a week ......... IF they have gone back to pre-Covid work week.

My brother, photo taken in September 1991 just a couple of weeks before he died. ............................................................ To help us and to get better results, please post as much detail as you can, especially name, date(s) and place. Also say what you already know.
