Dont I know it, when I worked in the City, we had to refresh our customer services every 6 months. Written too.

They do it on a computer programme now.

What with that and the dress code. Skirt suits, stockings/tights and court shoes.

Tip of the week. Keep a spare pair of tights in your desk. :-D :-D

I’ve got an old mending kit and in it is a little latch tool for mending ladders in your
