Is anyone else having trouble downloading the Gedcom file?
The site tells me it has been sent but it doesn't appear in my e-mail.
Has worked perfectly up until now.
I have checked my account and the e-mail address is correct.
Have tried twice with no success.

Someone mentioned this problem a couple of weeks ago but it looks like they didn't report it to Support.

It turns out there was a lot of files stuck and our technical team had to release them all.

Thank you David for getting some action on that problem.

Does it mean the requests have to be resubmitted?

Possibly one of the requests was for a tree that was too complicated for the GR software to handle.
