Oh Ann, you have my sympathy as it will be very painful. When I twisted my sciatic nerve in my sleep I could not walk for six weeks and was laid up for most of that time.

I hope you get ease of movement soon. <3

Dull as dishwater here, OH still coughing like a good un. I have what I think is Sciatica…me leg feels like it is going to drop off :-0 :-0 No shopping done, but at the moment don’t feel like I can stand long enough to do anything :-0 :-0

On the sofa with a hottie…then up trying to get going then doing reverse :-0 :-0

A really foggy murky morning here earlier with visibility down to about 50 yards. I can now make out the distant hill, so it's gradually improving.

OH got two different types of tabs from the doc. He feels a little better but still had to sleep propped up so I am still keeping away from him as I don’t want the lurgy over Xmas.

Delivery been and everything put away and now I think it’s coffee and feet-up time.
