I gather Matt Hancock has made special arrangements with ITV about contacting the constituancy if required.

According to today's Metro, he is being paid £136,000. I hope he gives it to some charity, which is what Nadine Dorries did when she did the same thing in 2012.

Oh, so it appears Hancock has 'trench foot', that he acquired whilst on Celebrity 'Who Dares, Wins', in October, and it can, apparently take 6 months to get better.
So that's his excuse to avoid any water-based challenges.
