....and what happens if they haven't got a mobile number for you?
A wasted journey then. :-|

Our GP surgery is a hub for the area.
Back in early September ? I got a letter asking me to attend the clinic between 8.30 and 9.30 on 1st October for my flu jab.
They have all the consulting rooms open, each has 1 nurse or doctor to administer the vaccine and another person to check patient's notes and record the vaccine details.
They get recently retired staff in too, so that the whole visit is over within a minute or two.
Similar staffing for covid jabs, but they were timed visits booked online.
It works well.

The very same thing happened to me for a Tuesday appt Maddie but not on the day of the jab a coup!e of days before :-0 :-|

My Chemist were doing walk-ins and I was wondering if they ran out of vaccine. When I eventually went for my jab they were telling people we don't do Covid jab walk-ins anymore but you can have a flu jab :-D :-D
