Our friend whose wife died of CJD had prostate cancer - it's spread to his bones and brain. The hospital sent him to a home to be looked after whilst they worked on a treatment. He can hardly walk and unable to go upstairs. He didn't like it in the home and came home less than 24 hrs after going in. My OH is looking after him and even when he gets here for a short while we get phone calls for him to go back. He has to sleep there as well. :-S |

Yes he has family but not here. There is a problem as he doesn't get on with his children - his fault. They only stayed 4 days for their mother's funeral. |
