	J's not doing to badly at the moment Fly thanks <3 His blood platelets are stable, as is his diabetes. His IPF cough is a little worse. He has had some sad things happen the last few months. His 27 year old Great Nephew hung himself :-( He was one of his nephew's sons (who died while J was in hospital with the stroke)

	Yes thanks Fly <3 We had a nice dinner then I had a couple of cans of lager with my South Africa v Wales game and we are going to watch a film of my choice later. Nooooo Ann, It's a Grandchildren free zone when the rugby is on lol :-D :-D Unless it's Granddaughter 1 and she watches it with us :-D
