How do I know if someone is still active?

I have found a connection but I’m not sure if the person is still active, is there anyway of checking it.? |

If you click on their name and it gives you an opportunity to send a message, then they are still a member. However that doesn't guarantee a reply, they might no longer be active. |

GR never removes any member except for the very worst behaviour. Unless the member either removes their tree, or arranges for someone to do it, when they lose interest, become incapacitated or dies, then the tree remains on here for ever and a day. OR the member remembers to change their email address registered with GR, lots just plain forget, but it means that GR cannot contact them.. |
