A decent day here weather wise - but a tad cooler than yesterday.

Gndson 2 acquitted himself well yesterday against the other side’s men’s first team, even though his side lost. Good experience for a 14-year-old, I think.

I hope your daughter gets across safely and without delays. You’ll be looking forward to being with each other again. <3

Who knows about flights? She is on one from East Midlands Airport but until they get airborne we will be worried.

Looks like UK is grinding to a standstill like the 1970s :-(

Sunny, with lots of fluffy clouds and quite a strong breeze here.

Out most of yesterday and home after 8 pm :-0

Nothing exciting, mostly mundane shopping, but we did pop up to see son and had a coffee and chat there, which was nice.


Is your daughter's planned flight safe from the proposed airline strikes?
