I mix the eggs, milk and a few shavings of butter and a pinch of pepper in a glass jug and do them in the microwave. You have to stop it and break up the egg that sets a few times, but I find the jug easier to clean after. |

Well like Annx i make it in the microwave but I whisk the eggs with water not milk then check a few times to break the mix up. |

I prepare it like Annx and sometimes do it in the microwave and sometimes in a saucepan. I think I prefer the latter method because with the microwave you have to be very alert to catch it before it overcooks. When I do it in the saucepan I melt a knob if butter in the pan first. |

I do it like Annx as well but you do have to watch it carefully in the microwave and take it out when it is barely ready because it will go on cooking in the jug for a very short while. |

Yes you do have to watch it like a hawk in the microwave as Vera says and I get it out when it still has a bit of liquid as it does carry on cooking. |
