Problem with neighbor

My next door neighbor smokes weed out side his back door at all times of day and night and the smell is even coming into my living room even with all the door and windows shut also into my bathroom which is next to where he stands in his garden. The smell really makes me feel awful. Any suggestions what to do . Should I approach him about it or report him. My husband and I are both in poor health and it’s making me very uptight. :-( I really don’t want to fall out with them and I sound like an awful neighbor but it is getting me down. |
