Sadly, its the world in which we live...

who would have thought, in 1921 that in less than 10 years , there would be a another world war that lasted best part of 6 years,

Still unthinkable.

There have been a number of programmes during this last week about 9/11 and watching them still feels me with horror and disbelief that there are those in this world that can inflict such anguish on others

Along with those trapped in the twin towers we must also remember those poor people on all of the hijacked planes that day too.

The events of this day 20 years ago still remain vivid in my mind today.....for those who lost family and friends it must be like a living nightmare :-( <3

So many lives lost and so many more changed forever.

The agony of feeling helpless as those frantic last phone calls came in must have been terrible.

I will be thinking of them all today.

Those poor people, so many lives lost. and today we don't seem to have moved much further forward in the world.

My condolences to all those who today are mourning lost family and friends all that time ago.
