Joy variation on a theme ;-)

I was bought up on salmon and have always liked it. The chef currently makes cooked

salmon with pasta and cream sauce, squeeze of lemon and parsley. Very easy. :-D :-D :-D

I make mine with butter and slices of lemon and, as you said, very easy (cos I would not say I am one of the world’s natural cooks). The crisped slices of lemon go down nicely too.

I was lucky this week as I received a larger piece of salmon than I ordered because they had none of the smaller pieces left. They gave it to me at the same price, too, so I was well-pleased. :-D

Oo err Fly, there must have been a 3 minute time lapse :-S

This water business is strange. I'm blowed if we're to-ing and fro-ing with watering cans when we have to fill them from a hose anyway.

Von, I was referring to my water usage thread. Easier to nip it in the bud I say.

Warm and sunny here but not as humid as it's been lately so I feel more like myself today - I can't stand the heat.

On my last day of isolation today but I don't think I will be venturing far tomorrow. Only thing I missed during my isolation is my chiropodist appointment - and he couldn't give me one sooner than three weeks time :-(

We have watched the entire series of BAPTISTE now. Thoroughly enjoyed it, but won't say any more not to spoil it for any of you wanting to see it!
