Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL

What's even better, Gwyn, is that both daughters bought huge punnets of strawberries, and youngest bought a pint of double cream.
The strawberries were eaten as 'nibbles', and a lot were left - as was all of the cream.
Poor old me, I have to eat it all up! :-D :-D :-D :-D

Unlike the 'youff', I know how to avoid a hangover! :-D :-D :-D

Having said that, I wore make up yesterday. I'm so unused to wearing it,
I suddenly thought this morning - 'Did I take my make up off before I went to bed?'
I honestly couldn't remember. Went to the bathroom, and found a make-up remover pad covered in make up - so I did :-D :-D

I actually 'celebrated' it yesterday, due to my youngest having to catch a train to get here.
Apart from trains being more frequent on a Saturday compared to Sunday, we thought something happening in London may make the trains busy today. ;-)

So, we my daughters, and grandsons, aged 11 and 14 met in Winchester, under a tree.

We were going to go for a meal, but we hadn't booked anywhere, it was raining, and very few eateries had covered outside seating, so we bought some food and came to my house. Youngest hadn't seen it before, and eldest was impressed at what I've done!
Amongst other things, eldest bought me a bottle of wine.
It was very nice, and strong! :-S

I am having a 'do nothing' day, today, which is just as well, as I got up late, to avoid the hangover, (slept it off before I noticed it) and finished my long, drawn out breakfast at noon :-D :-D
