It annoyed me today I phoned my Home and Car Insurance Companies and when I said I wasn't renewing they both wanted to give me a discount to stay :-| :-|. There has been a lot in the press recently about Loyalty Insurance ie charging existing customers more than new customers :-| :-| |

The Bank I worked for was the same. We were targeted to get new customers but they did nothing for their existing customers apart from put their premiums up :-0 :-| |
