So I phone the GP and was told that it was a half day and that there weren't any Drs there, phone back at 8 tomorrow and make an appt. She asked about the problem and gave me the out of hours Dr Tel no. :-0 |

Well I phoned the out of hours doctor and was mightily impressed, I got a phone call within two hrs, sent some photos and he prescribed antibiotics which was sent straight to my pharmacist. The whole process to collecting the meds was no longer than 3hrs :-0 |

I don’t think I quite realised how GP surgeries actually work these days until I read about a Dr loosing their job because of long covid. |

That's how it works here Belle. OH contacted our doc the other day by phone for advice as my 6 month prescription was finished and a few minutes later they phoned back that it had been renewed. :-D |
