They are indeed Ann, the older one who is self isolating sobbed her heart out when she realised. Little Esme knew she was going to a holiday house with us. My daughter has taken her away for the weekend, staying in a Travelogdge ( not quite the same). She has booked various children’s activities in the area to keep them busy. That is all very well, but this morning on FaceTime, when she was reminding Esme of the plans, she then said they would be going home. That did not please Esme, she was yelling”No- go holiday house”. She isn’t able to understand why they can’t go because of the “poorlyness “ |

Hello all, hope you are enjoying the nicer weather . We have been busy in the garden . Our neighbours don't like plants and have been removing all the shrubs etc that the previous owners put in. This included an Ivy which had grown along the fence as the root was in their garden when they dug it out the top died. It looked awful so we had to remove it from our side as well. As they pulled it from their side of the fence the panels broke so meant 2 new fence panels. 20 years of Ivy growth will do that though. The only thing in their garden now are 2 stumps that are hard to remove and the grass. Each to their own though. We have been tidying our climbers to try to prevent the hanging over the fence as if they do the neighbour is out there cutting away . This is because they don't like spiders and flies which apparently flourish in plants :-S :-D |

Good morning all. Florence pleased the move was OK and hope you can soon get straight. Is there room for you to add a few cupbpards? I must say I am envious of your view although not of the midges, horrible little things. Your neighbours sound nice and good of them to mow the front lawn. Hope it won't be too long before the phone line goes in, hopefully your provider will have space. |

A Paediatric Emergency Medicine Consultant has said an increasing number of children are being admitted to hospital after suffering an adverse reaction to "edibles" - otherwise known as cannabis jellies. :-0 |
