When I open a person on the tree and click on photos none of my keepsafes are now showing in here... anyone else got this problem?

Are they still showing when you click "Keepsafe" and then "View my keepsafe" at the top of this page?

They have a limited shelf life even when downloaded

The usual advise is to print them off otherwise you have to pay to download again

Do you update your tree by importing a Gedcom file? If so you have to reattach the photos from Keepsafe.
