Help! Need to change my email address

Weren't any good when they did work, so not much of a loss


However, you do have to remember that GR only work from about 8:30 am to about 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday most of them from home right now.

Plus GR is owned by FindMyPast, and that is the group where all the energy goes. There is probably only 1 person who responds to emails to GR.

Expect to wait 3-5 business days before you get a reply.

If you haven't already tried, try this

* Click on Account right at the top of the page.
*. On the left-hand side you should now have 'Accout Details'
*. Click on 'Change Email Address and Password'
* Fill the fields in and Save.

I changed email providers and I am unable to get into the email I had before. Therefore I am not getting hot matches or answers to my emails I am sending out. Can anyone help me do this? I have tried online and can't seem to do it. I have tried emailing genesreunited and no response.
