My Trend AV was due for renewal in next few days and, bearing in mind a discussion a bit ago on here re Windows AV v. Other AV systems I decided to get rid of Trend. Sooo to ensure no probs I physically disconnected internet connection and then uninstalled Trend - quite quick. Then went into Windows Security and ensure all parts switched on, then back online, a security update installed and a "quick" scan done. So far so good. |
