Just found out that Phil Bennett, 73, Welsh rugby union player, very successful captain of Wales, died on 12th June.

Hi Linda, hope you are well. I've just had grandchildren, went in time to sit & watch the rugby. Looked in last week but no-one around. Just thought I would pop in & say hello if anyone around.

I am around, it only briefly as I have been “playing “ with Esme for most of the afternoon, but she has gone to pester her mum for a while. I don’t think Jem is running the thread at the moment

Just popped in, is no-one around who followed the rugby anymore?

Italy was the stronger team throughout the match. But once Wales were down to just 10 men they were shook out of their complacency and defended very well. Wales lost but are through to the knockouts.

I may open the Lions thread up for the football if people would like that. I think there may be clashes between the Rugby and The Footy :-0

Hi Jem, in the same boat us two, Scotland got hammered by England 60-3. Almost lost interest now but we may put it on again at weekend. :-0 :-(

I did toy with the idea but got the time wrong for the Wales Women lol :-D
I was more curious than anything as there's a more than a slight possibility that one of them is related to me! Any way they were hammered by the France Women 53-0 :-0 :-D

Anyone watching women's six nation rugby. Just had to negotiate the red button to watch, a 1st. England & Scotland now playing. Another match later. Not as exciting as the men. England 7 Scotland 0. <3
