problems with tree not responding

seems to be a glitch, as i can not add/delete or edit the last member of one of my family's within my tree. and if i do click on him, thats it, my tree freezes. and i have to refresh page. this must be a software problem as all other members work as they should. how do i get admin to respond and sort. if this carries on i`m leaving, no renewal im afraid. |

Does the box containing that person have an icon in the bottom right hand corner representing two sheets of paper? If so it is a copy of that person. |
