Once Brexit is over I wonder if DC is in line for the post that Lee Cain is stepping down from?

A convenient resignation methinks.

We wouldn't want DC singing for his supper now, would we?

Do you know where his multi millions came from? Possibly from connections via his wife's brother as both were in Russia?

As far as I am aware, his family in Durham seems to be comfortably off but it was his uncle who seemed to be more successful in business - from sports shop owner to night club to ..... seems to be a number of subdivisions going on where his uncle lived.

Maybe Dom inherited?

On Newsnight tonight it was suggested that DC will be out of Downing Street before Christmas. Fingers crossed.

It was always said that DC was only there until Christmas (you mentioned it once, Rollo) as he was the 'troubleshooter' for Brexit so it comes as no surprise really that whether it goes through or not, he is moving on to his next 'success'.

I'd be surprised if he joined Biden's clique as, in my opinion, he has not got a proven track record enough for any US President worth his salt to take a gamble ..... but, you never know who needs, or would like, an 'in' to British connections.

If he does not fancy replacing Lee Cain and if he's dead set on leaving Boris's clique, here's a longshot; is he arty?

If so, there may well be a job waiting for him somewhere and it may lead to the USA sooner rather than later. It may also give him some breathing space after a year of controversy, disastrous decisions and utter nonsensical spoutings. Then, onward and upward!

As far as I'm concerned, as long as he does not have a finger in any pie such as power supply that may directly affect me (I'm thinking particularly of gas), then his doings are unlikely to elicit any further comment from me.

Just re-read your post because I could not understand why you mentioned David Cameron. I think you mistook my DC for D Cameron instead of D Cummings, Rollo.
