Oh yes, just realised that it was afternoon when I posted - where does the time go?

Thanks Jem, I'm sure I'll be fine. This sometimes happens if I've been laid awkwardly in bed or if I'm tired. Have seen the doctor about it before and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong - apart from all the things that are wrong with me anyway and there are plenty of those :-D :-D :-D

Just popped out for ten minutes to lay our small crosses at the local War Memorial and then came back to watch the service at Westminster Abbey.

Woke up with the room spinning today (and I don't drink before you mention it :-D) so I'm not going to do much today (not much change there then!)
