Anybody who can help me - please. Have a Genes file that I have been trying to get a GEDCOM file. It states pending or gathering This has been the status for over a month, nearly two months.

E's to customer support NOTHING Letter to HQ - NOTHING E to Find my Past owners - NOTHING I do not know where else to go. Does anyone know whats going on.

My account is okay, paid and my file is working

I have just tried it and it worked OK for me.

I am surprised support haven't responded to you as they claim to reply within a few working days. I have had that problem before and they were quick to fix it, but maybe they are now short on expertise.

I can only suggest you keep contacting support.
