How good to see that some stores are adding an option to give to the Poppy Appeal when ordering online. The amounts I have come across are £1, £5 and £10.

It works (and swiftly) because I've already had an email from PayPal thanking me for giving to the Royal British Legion through its PP's Giving Fund.

And because of the virus this year I have not seen any poppy sellers of shops selling them not that I have gone out much but that is no excuse for the sites not to lut a poppy up at least two weeks beforehand and poppy sales must be down this year

Same thing every year.
No poppy til the last minute.
Such a shame.

Sadly every year they seem to be tardy with the poppy.

..... it will be the 11th day of the 11th month. Neither Genes, Find my Past nor Ancestry have added a poppy to their headings.

Are we so invested in Today that we cannot think about Yesterday? If that is the case why are we so attached to genealogy.?
