I woke up this morning and feel like I have a hangover?

Good morning. This sometimes works Elizabeth ;-)

Eye of newt, and toe of frog,
Wool of bat, and tongue of dog,
Adder's fork, and blind-worm's sting,
Lizard's leg, and owlet's wing

If that doesn't work a nice cup of tea, feet up and avoid TV, radio and newspapers - play some lovely music to sit quietly to, like this
