I have a distant cousin also looking in Walsall. There were only 2 families with that surname in the area - Humphrey the father - very good at baptising his family. Benjamin a bit tardy and may have forgotten a couple as there's a 5 yr gap between the children - my 4t gt grandfather fits in. Last 4 children a job lot aged 19 - 12 :-S. My 4th gt grandfather named a son Benjamin. |
