Morning playmates. <3 :-D

I got well and truly caught out while I was having my breakfast in my jammies this morning.

Doorbell - me peering around. Man standing with a smile on his face and a clipboard in his hands.

'I've come to collect your car for its first annual.'

Me: 'I thought that was Monday coming.'

I had got the wrong day so I slipped on a dressing gown and emptied everything from car to porch. Off he went.

Only when I looked in the mirror later, did I realise my hair was all over Hexham as son puts it. No wonder the man was beaming - it is possible he was stopping himself from howling with laughter. :-0 :-S
