It’s an old one but I must have missed it

Very emotional , both sides of his family suffered in the holocaust.some completely


You read stories and see dramas on the tv but when it’s real people it becomes more of a reality

When our daughter lived in Germany when her ex was in the army we had several holidays there and one time we did visit Bergen Belson

A very eerie place with an overwhelming feeling of heavy sadness hanging in the air

Big burial mounds where you could make out on the brick surround 3000 buried here. 10000 here etc and mound after mound

Not a bird singing at all,

Then leading down to a huge memorial with all the names listed on it

So very very emotional
