Makes bubble and squeak more palatable

It was a dinner on a Monday from Sunday leftovers but I hated it

We had to eat what was on the plate and piccalilli made it eatable

Did like shepherd pie from the minced left over leg of lamb

The old fashioned mincer too was nice to use to help mince the meat

I think I still have some jam from the fruit Fred picked. If it is a bit winey, it can go in something cooked.

I've been eating a jar of jam bought in 2015 - it's very nice, and 'well matured' :-D

When I was working, I never ate breakfast, but like jam, so I bought it.
Unfortunately, I never found the time to eat it.
Now I'm not doing anything, I'm having toast & jam for breakfast :-D :-D

I have just opened one of the jars I made on 26th of June. Had some in a sandwich.

It was very promising but I am going to leave it another six weeks I think, to mature properly.

Oh yum,yum!
