Most supermarkets have their bakery counters closed along with fresh meat and fish counters so it might be difficult to buy live yeast. |

Sainsbury's sells live yeast. You have to ask for it at the counter which sells fresh baked bread, cakes etc. They will ask how much you want - 50-100g should be ok. |

Has anyone used it in a bread machine, is it granules and do you put it in the yeast compartment of your bread machine please. |
