That looks interesting. I have never used condensed milk much in cooking.

I really dislike bananas that are too ripe, so this would be a good way of using them.

How long did you cook the 1 lb size please?

Thought you might like to try this recipe for such an easy Banana Bread as alot of kids are doing baking in lockdown.
5 ripe bananas,
tin of condensed milk'
300 grams SR flour.
Mash bananas, add condensed milk & mix well, add SR flour & mix well.
Pour into lined 2lb loaf tin & bake in preheated oven 180dg (fan oven) for about 50-55mins.
Check it is cooked if skewer/knife comes out clean.
My brother made this, it is supposed to be done in slow cooker but it would'nt fit in so he done it in oven & was perfect.
I made it today, only had a 1lb tin so had to half mixture & do 2.
Could put some spice in or chopped walnuts.
