I’ve always used it as Sainsbury’s is half a mile away and I don’t drive so use it for the heavy stuff. I’ve never had an issue. What happened? |

Looking for the Items I wanted....for example, 1.5 k Mcains oven chips straight cut...couldn't find them...found others...went from page to page...,maybe I was a bit stressed, and impatient... |

I feel your pain Bob. I couldn't find what I wanted at all - but I found Tesco's even worse! |

Sainsburys is within walking distance for me so it's where I do most of my grocery shopping. They did me no favours when they emailed a relative, my bestie and my neighbour - all in their early 70s and two of them who use the store occasionally - to offer them priority slots for over-70s at the beginning of the lockdown. I am on the older side of 75 and no matter how many times I tried, I could not contact them. |

Strange how the shops seem to vary from area to area. I am still waiting for Waitrose to decide we are elderly and offer us slots. |

My mum is the same with Tesco. My uncle despite being only 58 is unable to go out due to health issues. My mum sits on the computer at midnight and is able to get Tesco deliveries for him. |

My shop was for delivery between 7 and 8pm and at 7.10 the delivery guy was putting the grocery in the porch |
