I think under 70s without health problems or pregnancy can go to the shop (not continually though) and out and about but not meet in groups, visit pubs or restaurants.. The over 70 group without health problems can go out to exercise but must stay at least 6 foot away from people and not go to shops. That is how I interpret it but no doubt it will change as we progress. |

I understand that _ currently at least! - there is a division called social isolation which would allow you a drive to the beach! |

Yep though ideally you still keep your distance....you all need a barge pole stick your money and list on the end and stick it into the shop door. |

Unless you're sick or exposed to someone who is sick self-isolation stops you getting the virus, hence walking outside can be done as long as you keep your distance and no one coughs on you. My mum is going to be one of those go and sit in the car looking at nature people on a nice day, changes the view from 4 walls. Obviously don't all park right next to each other either. :-) |
